Primary Sources

The Federal Rules of Evidence can be found in the United States Code, the United States Code Annotated (U.S.C.A.), and the United States Code Service (U.S.C.S.), all of which are located on the second floor of the law library.  The Rules are also available in electronic format through legal research databases, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law. The Rules are available free of charge via Cornell's Legal Information Institute (LII) website.
