Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for federal and state cases. From one place, you can search for published opinions of US state appellate and supreme court cases since 1950, US federal district, appellate, tax and bankruptcy courts since 1923 and US Supreme Court cases since 1791.

Justia.com  Search American state and federal statutes, regulations and cases on law.justia.com.

Legal Information Institute  The Legal Information Institute has federal, state, and some foreign and international law.

 Bloomberg Law Reports  Bloomberg Law does not have an app, but is designed so the mobile website has the same look and feel.
